Happy Birthday America!

No More Fence-sitting America. . .It’s Time To Wake Up And Take A Stand!

Either you love America with all it’s colorful flaws and shortcomings and commit to becoming part of the solution for continuous positive change, or you hate what America has become over the past 244 years and want to side with those who are hell bent on burning it down, tearing down historical statues and erasing our history, and starting from scratch to rebuild their utopia!

How did that new “CHOP” experiment work out in Seattle?

It took Jenny Durkan, the mayor of Seattle, almost one month to figure out what most sane logical thinking people knew would happen from day one! A “summer of love” in a police-free autonomous zone lead by a bunch of armed anarchists ended up to be one big violent mess. Two young black men were shot dead and several others are still recovering from gunshot wounds. CHOP was really a microcosm of what the “New America” would look like with anarchist’s/domestic terrorist’s in charge of the rebuilding project!

On November 3rd all Americans able to vote will have a crystal clear choice. There should be no guessing games regarding which side to choose. And just to be clear, aside from those who must submit absentee ballots for verifiable reasons, there must be NO MAIL-IN VOTING, and VOTER ID’s MUST BE MANDATORY in all 50 states and territories where voting is available.

Ever since the George Floyd protests started in cities across our nation we have heard from plenty of folks who support the Black Lives Matter organization lump all white people into one big “racist” pot.

I want to be very clear here. I am distinguishing and separating those who lead and support the BLM and ANTIFA “organizations” from all other people, regardless of color, who demonstrated peacefully and continue to do so. These “organizations” have clearly demonstrated they have a completely different agenda other than fighting for the injustices of African-Americans.

In the past week, two Black Lives Matter co-founders have had their Marxist backgrounds exposed, adding weight to claims the group is a radical leftist organization trained to disrupt American society and promote a modern multicultural variety of Marxist ideology.

Additionally, Black Lives Matter co-founder Opal Tometi’s links to Communist Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro have been exposed, and co-founder Patrisse Cullors admitted to being a “trained organizer” and “trained Marxist” in a resurfaced video.

Since these anti-American factions, as well as the main stream media, are now labeling white people as “racists” whose voices can’t be trusted and should even be silenced, I felt it would be great food for thought to review an interview with the father whose son was killed in CHOP, and from the first African-American billionaire. Both have different perspectives on what’s happening in America today than the leaders of the BLM and ANTIFA organizations.

Father Of Black Teen Killed In CHOP: It’s Time To Bring In The National Guard

SEATTLE, WA - JUNE 29: Horace Lorenzo Anderson speaks about his son, Horace Lorenzo Anderson Jr., who was killed earlier this month in a shooting in the vicinity of the Capitol Hill Organized Protest (CHOP) area, on June 29, 2020 in Seattle, Washington. Seattle Police Chief Carmen Best said in a press conference earlier in the day that "enough is enough" after four shootings in less than two weeks have taken place in the vicinity of the CHOP zone, which encompasses the Seattle Police Department's vacated East Precinct. Horace Lorenzo Anderson, the father of a 19-year-old black teen shot and killed inside Seattle’s Capitol Hill Occupied Protest (CHOP) is speaking out and demanding the city bring in the National Guard to help break up the increasingly violent protest, now in its third week.

Horace Lorenzo Anderson, Jr., was the first person killed in CHOP, more than a week ago, during an outbreak of gun violence inside of the “autonomous zone.”

Anderson’s father, Anderson, Sr., spoke late Monday, after another black teen, this time a 16-year old, was killed in the CHOP over the weekend, and a 14-year-old left wounded.

“I ain’t been sleeping. You see my eyes. I’ve been crying. I’m trying not to cry on TV,” Anderson said in the Monday press conference, according to KIRO Seattle.

“This doesn’t look like a protest to me no more,” said Anderson. “That just looks like they just took over and said we can take over whenever we want to.”

Anderson says that if the city cannot break up the protest alone, officials should bring in the National Guard. “They should deployed them here to say ‘Man, it’s time to go,’” Anderson said. ” ‘It’s time to move on. And break this up.’”

Thankfully, Mr. Anderson’s emotional pleas to rid Seattle of CHOP have been heard. Sadly, far too late for his son and the others who have died at the hands of the CHOP “peace” force!

BET Founder Robert Johnson Mocks Crowds Pulling Down Statues, Canceling TV Shows, Apologizing For Being White

Robert Johnson, founder of Black Entertainment Television (BET), speaks to the media during the Allen & Co. Media and Technology Conference in Sun Valley, Idaho, U.S., on Tuesday, July 9, 2013. Media dealmakers digesting $53 billion of mergers, spinoffs and acquisitions announced so far this year, head to Allen & Co.s Sun Valley conference this week to lay the groundwork for more.

BET Founder Robert Johnson mocked those who are destroying statues across the U.S. and who are trying to cancel television shows because they think that’s what black people want.

During an interview with Fox News, Johnson said that those who are destroying statues across the country “have the mistaken assumption that black people are sitting around cheering for them saying ‘Oh, my God, look at these white people. They’re doing something so important to us. They’re taking down the statue of a Civil War general who fought for the South.’”

“You know, black people, in my opinion, black people laugh at white people who do this the same way we laugh at white people who say we got to take off the TV shows [like] The Dukes of Hazard,” Johnson continued. “I bet if you go back and look at the Nielsen ratings when The Dukes of Hazard was on television, I’ll bet you it had a huge black viewing population. The one thing you can do is research it, find out, because blacks watched more television than whites did, always has been historically.”

Johnson also took a shot at white Americans who think that by doing “emotionally or drastic things” that black people will look at them and think that white people love them. Johnson said that “black people don’t give a damn” if statues of people like Stonewall Jackson, who was a Confederate general, are taken down.

Johnson also mocked HBO Max for taking down “Gone with the Wind,” then putting it back with a disclaimer, saying, “What the hell do you need a disclaimer with ‘Gone with the Wind,’ as if black people think that we believe that slavery was like ‘Gone with the Wind’? Who are you trying to convince?”

“Look, the people who are basically tearing down statues, trying to make a statement, are basically borderline anarchists, the way I look at it. They really have no agenda other than the idea we’re going to topple a statue,” Johnson said. “It’s not going to give a kid whose parents can’t afford college money to go to college. It’s not going to close the labor gap between what white workers are paid and what black workers are paid. And it’s not going to take people off welfare or food stamps.”

Johnson also mocked “white privilege,” and those who get on social media and apologize for being white.

“You know, that to me is the silliest expression of white privilege that exists in this country. The notion that a celebrity could get on a Twitter feed and say, ‘Oh my God, I am so sorry that I am white.’ I don’t find any black people getting on Twitter and saying, ‘Oh, I’m so sorry I’m black.’ And we got the worst problems. … My thing is: embrace being white and do the right thing.”

Mr. Johnson is right on. Instead of pulling down statues, cancelling TV shows, and apologizing for being white, instead of hating each other, why not try loving and respecting each other as men and women created in God’s image? Not black, brown, yellow, red, and white people pointing fingers and yelling at each other, but people with lighter and darker hues of one color God chose for each of us. In other words, all lives matter to the Creator of humankind! And until Americans of all colors can express that thought without fear of offending another American, a sincere resolution to racism will never be achieved.

As Martin Luther King, Jr. once said, “I look to a day when people will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.”

I believe no truer or perfect words were ever spoken other than the words of Jesus Christ in the Holy Bible! Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.” (Mark 12:30,31 – NIV) And, “Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” (Romans 12:21 – NIV)

We can only change the world for the better when each and every one of us commits to start making positive character changes within ourselves. It’s not rocket science but it’s going to take a firm commitment to do better, to “do the right thing” what ever and where ever that may be.

The future of America is at a serious crossroads in time. Yes, change is needed.

How do you view America? Who do you want leading the changes that need to be made?

Do you want leaders who support the methods for change we are seeing played out before our very eyes in cities like Seattle, Minneapolis, New York City, and Washington D.C.?

Or, do you want leaders who “pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all”?

What kind of America do you want for your children and grandchildren?

PLEASE . . .Let your conscience and common sense be your guide on November 3rd . . .VOTE!

See you next week for more Wisdom Matters!
